University of Kentucky Healthcare Executives (UKHE)

UKHE is a University of Kentucky student organization for graduate students in health administration. The goal of UKHE is to enhance the experience of the program for students, in addition to bettering the reputation of the MHA program and the Martin School, through professional development, community service, and social activities. This organization holds monthly meeting. Notice of meetings and events are mailed and/or are distributed in classes.

Students enrolled in the MHA program and UKHE are eligible to apply for Student Associate Membership in the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE). Over 26,000 professional health service professionals are members of ACHE, the premier international leadership organization for health care executives. Memberships come from every sector of the healthcare field, from hospital administration and ambulatory care, to consulting and association management. Student members receive the College's quarterly journal, Hospital & Health Services Administration, as well as the College's bimonthly magazine, Healthcare Executive. You will also have immediate access to special publications, monographs, and task force reports - all at reduced affiliate prices!
